Engineers Syndicate New members app

Release pending

Members' app for the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate. Members renew their yearly subscription and medical coverage, add dependents and file medical claims. The hard part was keeping every claim and payment in sync with the insurer and the syndicate, so each request has clear states and members always see where it stands.

Fintech · Live

Fintech app for syndicate and union members in Egypt. Members renew their membership, track subscriptions, pay online and find nearby pharmacies and service centers on the map. The hard part was payments: BLoC handles sessions, subscriptions and checkout, so an interrupted payment never leaves a member's account in a broken state.

Used-car marketplace for Egypt. Buyers browse listings from individuals and verified showrooms, filter by make, model, year and price, read inspection reports and book viewings. The hard part was data: thousands of image-heavy listings, kept smooth with pagination, lazy loading and image caching, plus social sign-in and deep links.

Video streaming app with channels and playlists. Users upload videos, follow channels, open shared links straight into a video and keep watching in picture-in-picture or in the background. The hard part was playback: BLoC manages the player, uploads and background services, and CI/CD with several flavors keeps releases quick.

Wholesale e-commerce app. Buyers browse the catalog, check out securely and follow each order on Google Maps until it reaches them. The hard part was state: the cart, product filters and real-time order updates had to stay consistent across every screen, which I handled with Provider and Firebase.

Pet food shopping app. Customers browse the catalog, fill their cart and choose a delivery time that suits them. The hard part was the order flow: the cart, user sessions and delivery scheduling share state across many screens, and Provider keeps them consistent from the first tap to checkout.

  1. NeQabty is a fintech platform that digitizes syndicates and unions in Egypt. I own the hardest parts of the mobile apps, from payments to AI.

    • Fintech & paymentsPayment gateway checkout with deep-link return to the app. Subscription and renewal flows built as BLoC/Cubit state machines (idle → processing → paid / failed), so a member is never charged twice or left on a spinner.
    • Healthcare & medical insuranceBuilding the new Egyptian Engineers Syndicate app: coverage renewal, dependents management, medical claims with document upload (compression, multipart, progress), claim status tracking and a searchable medical network on maps.
    • AI assistants — text & voiceLed the member-support assistant, cutting response time by 40%. Text-to-text chat with streamed answers, and voice-to-voice: record → speech-to-text → AI answer → text-to-speech playback, over WebSocket and HTTP streams.
    • SecurityCertificate pinning, tokens in Keychain / Keystore with refresh handled by a Dio interceptor, encryption of sensitive payloads, role-based access control and obfuscated release builds.
